Richmond City Utah "Black & White Days" is not only known as the longest running Holstein Dairy Shows West of the Mississippi but also for it's annual city parade! It is one of the largest participated parades in al of Cache Valley. Citizens from all over the Valley attend as spectators and parade entries. The parade is usually held at 5pm on the final Saturday of the Black & White Days Celebration.
